Fried Shrimp Tacos
1 LB Medium Shrimp, tail removed
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 ½ Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Seasoning Salt
1 Cup Olive Oil

½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
½ Cup Green & Orange Peppers, chopped
¼ Cup Green Onion, chopped
½ Sweet Corn
2 Tsp Jalapeno Honey Mustard
2 Quarter Chickens
1/4 Onion, sliced
2 Cloves of Garlic
3 Teaspoons Seasoning Salt
3 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Bottle of Good Eats Zesty Tango Lemon Sauce

In a large zip lock bag, combine all dry ingredients. In a bowl, combine eggs and milk. Heat large pan to about 350 degrees and coat with olive oil. Coat shrimp in egg mixture, then coat in dry mixture. Carefully place shrimp in oil and let cook until both sides have browned evenly, about 3 minutes on each side. In a large bowl, combine all chopped ingredients and add Jalapeno Honey Mustard. Serve Warm and top with Jalapeno Honey Mustard and/or Pineapple Sensation.
